About Resurfacing:
Resurfacing is a very cost-effective alternative to replacing worn-out bathtubs,
sinks, tile and countertops. The glaze on tubs and tile wears off over time, leaving
the pores of the underlying porcelain or fiberglass exposed to dirt and water
impurities. Scrubbing only makes the situation worse.
Resurfacing adds years of life to your bath fixtures. Bathtub resurfacing can be
completed in 4-5 hours and the tub is ready for use in 24 hours. All work is
guaranteed for a period of 3 years against flaking, peeling, or crazing. The
work is performed in your home by trained technicians who will leave the work area neat
and clean. With normal use and proper care,the new surface will last many years.
Before & After
Process:
First, the old, worn surface is chemically cleaned and treated. Any chips,
scratches, or other damaged areas are repaired. Following etching, chemical bonding,
and priming, several layers of our high performance acrylic polymer coatings are applied,
creating a strong, durable and lustrous finish. Our process produces a bonded
molecular chemical coating that is specifically designed for bathroom fixtures and tile.
Your new surface can be regularly cleaned and sanitized with a good liquid cleaning
agent. It will remain stain resistant and beautiful.
